About me
Life can sometimes feel heavy, and navigating the complexities of your emotions, relationships, and personal challenges can be overwhelming. As a highly trained therapist with a passion for helping people rediscover their sense of balance and well-being, I am here to support you in finding clarity, resilience, and growth.
My approach is grounded in compassion and collaboration. Together, we will create a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your inner world at your own pace. I believe that therapy is a co-created experience—an opportunity for you to be truly seen and heard, with the freedom to uncover insights that lead to meaningful change.
With a strong background in relational therapy, I focus on building a genuine connection, which serves as the foundation for the healing process. I also integrate creative tools like arts, music, and metaphor, offering you an alternative way to express and process emotions when words might not be enough.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, past trauma, or seeking to improve relationships or self-esteem, I work holistically to support all aspects of your well-being—mind, body, and emotions. My aim is to empower you to move from a place of feeling stuck to a place of possibility.
You don't need to have all the answers. Sometimes, the first step is simply showing up. Together, we can explore the path forward.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor with a PGDip in psychotherapeutic counselling. I am MBACP registered and am completing an MA in child and adolescent psychotherapy (Terapia.co.uk).
I have particular experience delivering long-term one-to-one therapeutic support to young adults who have experienced high levels of trauma.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
