About me

I am an accredited qualified counsellor based in Banbury. I have flexible working hours including Monday and Wednesday evenings. I work one to one with adults and young people. I also offer couples counselling. My aim is to offer you a safe and confidential place where you can feel safe to explore the areas of your life that may be troubling or causing you concern.

During this unusual time I am offering telephone and online counselling via zoom. This may not be your first choice and may be you would usually prefer face to face sessions, but it may be worth giving it a try! I can support you through the process of setting up zoom if that would be helpful.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
