You may have a specific reason for seeking therapy at this time, or just be curious about how it could enrich or change your current situation. I am specialised in integrative art psychotherapy with adult clients. This means we can use a range of approaches, theories and art materials to explore, experiment and express what will help you realise your goals and potential.
The arts can offer a form of communication when the words may be hard find. Since we are focused on your process you do not need any artistic skills, or prior experience.

Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
Health and Care Professions Council
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
Areas of counselling I deal with
We will have an initial session together to discuss some practicalities of the therapy, and establish whether we might be the right fit for each other. It's important you find the right therapist and therapy for you.
