About me
A Space for Genuine Healing
I believe that true change happens when we look beneath the surface. As both a counsellor and psychology graduate, I bring a unique blend of deep empathy and a scientific understanding of the human mind to our sessions.
If you find yourself repeating the same cycles or feeling disconnected from the person you want to be, I offer a gentle, supportive space to explore what’s holding you back. My approach goes beyond just managing symptoms; we will work together to understand the roots of your patterns. By gaining clarity on your past and your inner world, we can foster genuine healing and build a life that feels more balanced, grounded, and truly yours.
My Specialties & Areas of Expertise
Over the years, I have developed expertise in several areas where I feel most passionate and effective, supporting individuals and families to navigate complex emotional challenges:
Anxiety, Low Mood, and Depression
I support clients who are experiencing anxiety, low mood, and depression. Whether these feelings are ongoing or more recent, mild or overwhelming, I offer a safe and compassionate space to explore what’s contributing to them, develop supportive coping strategies, and work towards greater emotional balance and wellbeing.
Family and Relationship Work
I am passionate about helping families navigate conflicts and improve communication. While I work with couples, my focus is on the broader family unit — including parent-child relationships, siblings, and extended family dynamics. Using my training in mentalisation and my understanding of family systems, I work with families together in sessions to foster understanding, empathy, and healthier ways of relating — helping families rebuild trust, strengthen connections, and create emotional safety within the household.
Coercive and Abusive Relationships
I work with people who are currently in, or have left, coercive or controlling relationships. These experiences can leave deep emotional wounds, confusion, and difficulty trusting oneself. I help clients regain their footing, rebuild confidence, and explore new ways of expressing themselves and connecting with others. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and focused on empowering you to regain control of your life.
Neurodiversity & ADHD
I have extensive experience supporting neurodiverse clients, including autistic individuals and young people experiencing symptoms of ADHD, from my work at a college in London (LSEC). I understand the unique challenges neurodiverse people face in relationships, family dynamics, education, and daily life, and I tailor my support to meet each person’s individual needs, strengths, and ways of processing the world.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
