About me

Therapy for people who want more than symptom management

Make peace with your past. Create a different future.

From the outside, you may appear to be coping well. You are capable, thoughtful, and often the person others rely upon.

Inside, it can feel very different.

Perhaps your mind rarely switches off. You replay conversations long after they have ended. Overthink decisions. Imagine worst-case scenarios. Feel stuck in patterns that seem to repeat no matter how much insight, effort, or self-development work you have done.

Anxiety, emotional exhaustion, self-doubt, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or a persistent feeling that something is not quite right can slowly become part of everyday life. The longer this continues, the easier it becomes to believe that this is simply who you are.

I do not believe that.

Many of the difficulties we experience are not signs that something is wrong with us. They are patterns that once served a purpose. Anxiety, overthinking, self-criticism, and emotional withdrawal often begin as ways of protecting ourselves.

The problem is that strategies that once helped us survive can continue long after they are needed. Therapy offers an opportunity not simply to manage symptoms, but to understand the deeper patterns that keep creating them.

Together, we explore not only what is happening, but why it keeps happening. As those patterns become clearer, people often find they become less stuck, less overwhelmed, and more able to respond to life with freedom and confidence.

My approach integrates psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, EMDR, mindfulness, somatic approaches, and behavioural science. I work collaboratively, combining evidence-based practice with genuine curiosity about your experiences, your history, and what meaningful change would look like for you.

I regularly support people experiencing:

  • Anxiety and overthinking
  • Stress and burnout
  • Low self-worth and self-criticism
  • Trauma and difficult life experiences
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Life transitions and uncertainty
  • Emotional overwhelm
  • Questions of identity, purpose, and meaning

My role is not to tell you who to become. It is to help you understand yourself more deeply, make sense of the patterns that have shaped your life, and create lasting change that feels authentic and sustainable.

If this feels like the kind of conversation you have been looking for, I offer a free initial consultation where we can explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
