About me
I offer a grounded, non-judgmental therapeutic space for individuals who are ready to understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful, lasting change. Our minds communicate with us in many ways through thoughts, inner dialogue, images, and dreams. Sometimes these make sense, and sometimes they feel confusing or overwhelming. As a systems-oriented practitioner, I draw on extensive training and experience in psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, EMDR, meditation, and Eastern philosophy, alongside a Jungian-informed understanding of the mind, to help you make sense of these inner experiences.
My work sits at the intersection of psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, and coaching. I combine evidence-based psychological approaches with mind–body practices and insights from Eastern traditions, supporting both emotional understanding and practical change.
I specialise in working with anxiety, depressive moods, low-self esteem, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, identity questions, and persistent patterns that can feel difficult to shift. Many of my clients are thoughtful and capable, yet find themselves repeating behaviours, feeling disconnected, or sensing that something within is not fully aligned. Together, we go beyond symptom management to explore and work with the deeper patterns shaping your experience.
I also integrate meditation and breathwork into therapy, helping you work directly with your nervous system as well as your thoughts. This allows changes to become not only understood, but embodied, supporting shifts that are often more efficient and longer-lasting.
My approach is both analytical and intuitive. I draw on neuroscience, depth-oriented models, and perspectives that view the mind not as something to fix, but as something to understand and integrate. Hypnotherapy can help access deeper layers of patterning, enabling change beyond surface-level thinking.
I often describe therapy as similar to learning a musical instrument. At first, it may feel unfamiliar, you are developing new ways of noticing, responding, and relating to yourself. With practice, these skills become more natural and integrated. The aim is not dependence on therapy, but building an internal capacity that stays with you.
Alongside my clinical work, I bring experience in psychology, behavioural change, and complex organisational environments. This allows me to support not only emotional wellbeing, but also clarity, direction, and performance in demanding personal or professional contexts.
I work with individuals who value honesty, depth, and tangible progress. Therapy with me is an active, collaborative process focused on understanding yourself, releasing what no longer serves you, and moving towards a more integrated and aligned way of being.
