About me
Life can feel heavy, and sometimes it’s hard to put that weight into words. While there is so much uncertainty around us, maybe you're carrying something quietly, or sudden change has left you unsure where to turn, yet you know something is not quite right. Reaching out for support is a courageous first step in giving yourself what you often give to others, time and attention, it’s okay if it feels unfamiliar, it’s often where healing and understanding begin and is a good place to start understanding your needs.
I’m an Integrative Counselling Psychotherapist in private practice trained in different types of therapy, enabling me to draw on therapeutic approaches to understand and overcome the underlying cause of your struggle. I offer therapy online and in-person, both provide a safe and compassionate space grounded in relational depth.
Therapy is a collaborative journey. Through our work together, we explore how past experiences may continue to influence the present. Our early experiences often form a blueprint for how we relate to the world, shaping the way you think, feel, and connect with others, as well as how you respond to everyday situations. By bringing curiosity and understanding to these influences, we begin to make sense of patterns that may be playing out in your life, both consciously and unconsciously.
Within a supportive and trusting relationship, we take time to notice these patterns, bring greater awareness to them, and explore new ways of responding. As understanding deepens, space opens up for healing, self-awareness, and meaningful change.
Step by step, this process can help you feel more grounded, confident, and clear about yourself and your choices, supporting you to move forward with greater resilience and self-trust.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
