About me
How counselling can help
Can you imagine a relationship where you can be fully yourself: vulnerable, honest, real, and still feel loved? Where disagreements bring you closer instead of pushing you apart. Where intimacy feels natural again, not awkward or forgotten. That kind of partnership isn't just for "lucky couples", it's built through skills anyone can learn, and we'll explore, upskill and practice together.
Working with you
I'm a certified relationship counsellor based in North London/Central London, specialising in helping partners, individuals and polycules rediscover connection, deepen intimacy, and build communication that actually works. Whether you're navigating a challenging period or want to strengthen an already good relationship, we'll focus on creating the partnership you want.
The strongest relationships aren't conflict-free, they're the ones where both people know how to come back together. If you're ready to build the partnership you want, I'd love to support you.
What to expect in your first session
During our first session we will walk through the challenges that have brought you to counselling, and I will share information on how we'll work together. The first session will be more information-collection based than subsequent sessions, where the space is open to you to explore, practice, solve, express, grow, let go, learn what you need to in order to get closer to your relationship and relational goals.
Next step
Book your free 15-minute consultation to discuss your relationship goals and see if we're a good fit.
Training, qualifications & experience
I'm a pluralistic relationship counsellor (working with a number of modalities of therapy, depending what you need in a given situation).
My approach combines Psychodynamic therapy, Person Centred Approach, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy with trauma-informed care, helping you understand the patterns underneath your struggles and build new ones that serve you better.
I'm BACP registered with Level 5 training in Relationship Counselling, having started practice in 2019.
I work with individuals, couples and other relationship configurations in North London / Central London and across the UK online, including those dealing with communication breakdowns, recovering from infidelity, navigating life transitions, and a range of relationship challenges.
In our sessions, we work on real situations - the actual conflicts and disconnections showing up in your life right now. You'll learn practical tools for emotional attunement, effective repair after arguments, and creating the safety needed for genuine closeness.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
I believe the best relationships are built on emotional safety, genuine understanding, and the ability to repair when things go wrong. In our work together, you'll develop skills for:
- Deeper emotional connection: Understanding what's really happening beneath surface arguments
- Effective communication: Speaking and listening in ways that bring you closer
- Healthy conflict resolution: Turning disagreements into opportunities for growth
- Intimacy restoration: Rebuilding physical and emotional closeness
- Partnership strengthening: Working as a team through life's challenges
My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and focused on what you want to create together.
Sessions are a safe space to be honest about what's not working and explore new ways forward.
