About me
Being a pluralistic counsellor means that there is no 'one size fits all'. I believe in using a range of therapeutic approaches, adapting to the needs of each client as every individual is just that - individual! I want to get to know YOU, what has brought you to counselling and how I can best offer you a way to move forward.
If you are struggling, feeling overwhelmed and looking for a safe environment to share your thoughts and feelings, I offer a calm, non-judgmental person-centred space where together we can explore your options and look at taking those first steps to rediscovering yourself.
With over 20 years experience working with young adults in an educational setting, I now work in private practice offering support to adults (of all ages) and young people (16+).
