Are you struggling with your relationship?

Acknowledging and recognising that you  sometimes need help is often the hardest step to take. As a qualified couples counsellor I can offer you  therapeutic space to address specific issues personal to yourself and relationships.I have my own private practice in Henley In Arden which provides you with a calm and quiet space to explore your thoughts and feelings around relationship issues.

Relationships are complex whether you are dealing with the breakdown or loss of a relationship or trying to reconnect with a partner. 

As a relationship counsellor I can help you to re-establish channels of communication,or deal with the loss of a relationship in a safe and non judgemental environment.

Psychosexual Counselling/Sex Therapy can help you work through any intimacy issues for example loss of desire this may be due to stress or a new baby.

As a  qualified psychosexual therapist I have experience in working with:

I am also a fully qualified sex addiction specialist I have trained in the UK and I am a CSAT which is the specialist sex addiction training pioneered by Patrick Carnes. I have extensive experience working with clients treating and understanding the effects of Sex addiction, Recovery and Relapse Prevention.

Porn addiction / Cyber Affairs/ Love addiction, Multiple Affairs & Sexual Compulsivity.

This is a private and confidential service personalised to overcome sexual and intimacy issues.

I work with individuals and couples over the age of 18.

Appointments can be weekly or fortnightly to suit individual needs

  • Diploma in Treating & Understanding Sex Addiction.
  • Relate Certificate Couples Counsellor
  • University Advanced Diploma In Couple Counselling (Relate Institute / University of Hull)
  • Advanced Certificate in Counselling Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
  • Introduction into Cognitive Behaviour Principles.

As a  registered member of the BACP I adhere and work within the ethical framework set by the BACP which includes monthly supervision and continual professional development.

I am a accredited member of COSRT. And am registered as a qualified psychosexual therapist on their website www.cosrt.org.uk/

I am also a member of The British Society of Sexual Medicine (BSSM) & The International Society Sexual Medicine (ISSM)

COSRT

College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists

COSRT is the UK’s leading membership organisation for therapists specialising in sexual and relationship issues.

All members must abide by their Code of Ethics and the performance of accredited members is regularly monitored.

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

  • Intial Consultation £70 for 90 minutes
  • Ongoing counselling £70 for 60 minutes

If you are experiencing financial hardship I may be able to offer you a reduced rate.

Afternoon and evenings  appointments are available.
