About me

Hello, I’m Julita, a Transpersonal Integrative Psychotherapist passionate about helping people live more embodied, connected, and authentic lives. My sessions weave together psychotherapy, somatic awareness, and mindfulness to support emotional healing and personal growth. I specialise in the areas of personal development, sexuality, and empowerment, helping individuals and couples deepen intimacy, improve communication, and rediscover aliveness. Rooted in both Tantra and psychotherapy, my work offers a safe and compassionate space to explore your inner world, release old patterns, and move towards greater freedom, love, and vitality.

Training, qualifications & experience

I completed a four-year postgraduate diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy at CCPE in London, as well as a one-year course in Fundamentals of Counselling and Psychotherapy. During my training and beyond, I’ve been deeply inspired by the power of body-based and transpersonal approaches to healing. After taking time to focus on my own growth and travel, I trained as a Yoga Teacher in Thailand and created Flow Infinito, my own fusion of yoga, transpersonal psychotherapy, and embodied movement.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
Accredited Register Scheme

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information

I bring both professional expertise and personal experience to my work with personal development, sexuality, and empowerment. These areas are essential for our sense of vitality and wellbeing, shaping how we relate to ourselves, others, and life itself. I’m especially passionate about helping individuals and couples to improve intimacy, communication, and connection, using a somatic and integrative approach rooted in Tantra and psychotherapy.

My intention is to offer a safe, nurturing space where you can explore your inner world, heal from past experiences, and rediscover the joy of being fully alive and connected.

Contact me for a free 15-minute assessment to determine if we are a good fit for an initial consultation. In the initial 50-minute session, we explore your therapy goals and background, and establish a plan for moving forward with weekly sessions. Together, we can work towards achieving lasting transformation on your journey of self-discovery.
