For over a decade, I have been studying human behavior and emotions, running my own private practices in East Grinstead & Forest Row, where I offer counseling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and young people. In addition to my practice, I am a part-time lecturer, teaching mental health education at the International College of Oriental Medicine sharing my knowledge and passion for this field with future practitioners. I regularly deliver talks on emotional health and well-being at schools and companies.

I welcome people from all races, cultures, and backgrounds and believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive, and inclusive space to explore their emotions and experiences.  My East Grinstead practice is also wheelchair accessible, making it convenient for individuals with mobility needs.
