I am now offering in-person counselling within government Covid guidelines in my dedicated garden room. There is free parking at my premises. I also offer counselling via live text chat or video call. I provide a warm, accepting space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement, mainly through active listening but also using a variety of techniques including CBT, pictures and imagination. I will interact with you and together we can explore strategies to improve your wellbeing.
