About me

I offer a warm, accepting space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement, mainly through active listening but also using a variety of techniques including CBT, pictures and imagination. I offer counselling via text as well as phone and video calls.

I am an integrative therapist who believes in the transformative power of a warm, trusting, collaborative relationship. I aim to be transparent and to involve you in every part of the process. This starts with the choice of how we work together: via video, telephone, or text. We will explore your expectations and goals, and regularly review these. During our sessions I will encourage you to express your thoughts and feelings – they are all welcome. I will not be a ‘blank slate’ – I will interact and engage with you, and feedback on what I have heard about your thoughts and feelings. I will help you find out more about yourself and your own resources.
