About me
I am a warm, caring, and collaborative integrative counsellor who is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for people to explore whatever they may be going through. I believe that therapy should be as unique as the individual, and I work in a way that is flexible and tailored to your specific needs, preferences, and pace.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that everyone deserves to feel accepted, understood, and supported. I offer a non-judgmental space where you can be yourself fully, and where we can work together to help you embrace all parts of who you are.
I work with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, identity, neurodiversity, and more. I am particularly passionate about supporting neurodivergent clients, and bring both professional and personal understanding to this area.
Creative therapy is also something I love to integrate into my work when it feels right—this might include journaling, inner child work, or visual tools to help deepen self-understanding.
I work in person and online, which offers flexibility and comfort, and I welcome people from all walks of life, genders, sexualities. Affirmation and acceptance are at the core of how I practice.
Training, qualifications & experience
I originally trained in Integrative Counselling Practice, which draws on Humanistic, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), and Psychodynamic approaches. This gives me a solid foundation to adapt and blend techniques that will work best for you.
I’ve since gone on to train further in:
- Inner Child Therapy
- Gestalt Therapy
- Journaling Therapy
- Jungian Therapy
- Internal Family Systems (IFS)
- LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Practice
I also have extensive experience working with neurodiverse clients, and as someone with lived experience of neurodiversity, I bring a compassionate and informed perspective to this work.
I believe strongly in continued learning and development, and regularly engage in further training and reflective practice to support my work with clients.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
Therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all experience, and I’m here to meet you where you are. I trust that each person already holds the potential for healing and change within them—my role is to walk alongside you and help uncover it.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, curious about yourself, or simply in need of a space to talk, I'm here to support you with empathy and care.
If this sounds like the kind of space you’re looking for, I’d be honoured to work with you.
I am fluent in French and English.
