Hi
As a registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor & Therapist I work with adults on a short, medium, and long term basis.
Whether you are struggling with a specific issue from your past or present, or the build-up of everyday life, I provide a safe therapeutic space where we can work together to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours to uncover in-depth understanding and achieve permanent positive change for you.
I work online (Zoom), indoor face to face (Brighton) or outdoor walk and talk (Brighton & surrounding area).
