About me
Hello and welcome. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck or simply want to understand yourself better, I can help with a range of issues - including depression, anxiety, loss, grief, trauma, childhood experiences, relationship issues, stress and burnout.
I offer a compassionate, collaborative and empowering approach to help you navigate life's challenges.
What you can expect:
- A safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment.
- Deep listening with genuine care and empathy.
- Support tailored to your unique needs and goals.
- A partnership that values your autonomy and your voice leads the way.
As a pluralistic counsellor, I draw from a range of therapeutic methods as I believe different things work for different people and will work with you to find what feels most helpful for you. There are a range of evidence-based approaches we can consider:
Person-centred therapy - for deep listening and self-understanding.
Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) - to work with thoughts, beliefs, and behaviour patterns that no longer serve you.
Psychodynamic insights - to explore relationship patterns and experiences from the past.
Mindfulness techniques and somatic approaches - for connecting with the present and the body.
Trauma informed practice - exploration of how past experiences live in the present.
Solution-Focused Therapy - to help you build on strengths and find practical steps forward.
Narrative therapy - to help you reframe and express your story.
We’ll check in regularly to discuss what’s helping, what isn’t, and how we can adjust our path.
I offer a free initial consultation to discuss your needs and how I can help.
