About us
Hello, I’m Justyna, the founder and lead therapist at JKL Therapy Centre. I’ve spent my career working with individuals and couples who are navigating some of life’s most complex and intimate challenges. I know that reaching out for help can feel daunting, especially if you’ve experienced marginalisation or carried shame for things that are central to who you are.
Whether you identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community, are neurodivergent, or have experienced trauma in your relationships or sexual life, my goal is to help you find your way back to a place of self-acceptance and peace. Together, we’ll create a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings about your sexuality, relationships, and self-worth.
I understand that life can make us feel like we have to wear masks or conform to expectations that don’t align with our true selves. My role is to support you as you shed those layers and reconnect with your authentic self, in your relationships and in your sexual life.
Along with my therapy practice, I also provide supervision for other therapists, where I support them to grow in their practice and ensure they are offering the highest standards of care. It’s a way for me to give back to the therapeutic community while continuing my own journey of growth and reflection.

Member organisations *

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

COSRT is the UK’s leading membership organisation for therapists specialising in sexual and relationship issues.
All members must abide by their Code of Ethics and the performance of accredited members is regularly monitored.
