About me

It can be really hard to reach out for support sometimes, even when we know we might need it, but I'm here if you feel you'd benefit from a safe space to talk and explore what is troubling you.

I am a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming and inclusive practitioner, with experience with a wide range of general mental health struggles, often working with clients presenting with low self-esteem, anxiety, relationship issues, loss, and those who have experienced trauma or emotional neglect/abuse.

I have significant additional training in working with adults with ADHD and work most frequently with neuro-divergent individuals, (mainly those with suspected or diagnosed ADHD/AuDHD and common co-occurring conditions such as RSD, emotional dysregulation, low self-worth, anxiety, depression and chronic pain.) I also have experience to bring to supporting those in Neuro-'typical'/ADHD relationships, having both a personal and professional understanding of some of the unique challenges that may present.

As a person-centred, integrative counsellor, I will work in a way specific to you, taking into account all that is unique about you & your story. I will pay attention to your particular needs and hopes for therapy, and work closely with you in these areas, helping you to also grow in self-awareness, confidence, autonomy and compassion along the way.

As for logistics, I work remotely (via Zoom, Teams or phone) and currently have limited sessions available, though I do try to be as flexible as I can to accommodate requests for support so do get in touch to see what can be arranged. I do offer introductory calls (these are free and usually approx 20mins, and are a good opportunity to ask those initial questions and to see if we may be a good fit) so do let me know if you'd like to arrange this.

I look forward to hearing from you.
