About me

Hi, I'm Jessie, and for the past 10 years, I have helped adults to navigate a wide range of struggles (please see below for a list of areas that I can work with.) Alongside my extensive experience as a counsellor, I have worked for many years in clinical management roles for various counselling services and now also work as a supervisor, supervising other counsellors in their practice.

I have additional training and experience in working with ADHD/AuDHD adults, and predominantly support people who are exploring possible neurodivergence, adjusting to a late diagnosis, navigating neurodiverse relationships, or seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and how they experience the world.

Whatever has brought you to counselling at this point in your life, therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and find a way through that feels right for you. My approach is collaborative and responsive to your individual needs, helping you to build greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and confidence. I work with clients to find healthier balance, work through traumatic or distressing memories and beliefs, and live more aligned to who they truly are.

If you're wondering whether we would be a good fit, I offer a free 20-minute introductory phone or video call. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions, learn more about how I work, and get a sense of whether working together feels comfortable and right for you.

All sessions are held remotely (Zoom, Teams, or phone), and I work with clients across the UK. If you feel I am potentially the right fit for you but the cost feels prohibitive, please do let me know as I do offer some reduced fee spaces and will happily explore this with you.
