About me

Life can be really hard sometimes, and often gives us a lot to work through. It's not always easy, though, to reach out for support or to know what to look for, even when we know we might need it. Whatever it is that has brought you to counselling at this point, I will offer you a safe and compassionate space to be met, heard, seen and understood. Together, we can begin to explore the feelings, thoughts and experiences that have shaped and impacted you throughout your life, at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach is collaborative, highly relational and responsive to your individual needs. I will work alongside you to help you navigate difficult experiences, while developing a greater sense of self-awareness, self-understanding and compassion along the way.

As a little background about me, I have been working as a counsellor for the past 10 years, supporting adults with a wide range of experiences and challenges including relationship difficulties, anxiety, trauma, abuse, emotional neglect, grief, stress and low self-esteem, among others.

I have additional training and experience in working with ADHD adults, including those who are exploring possible neurodivergence, adjusting to a late diagnosis, navigating neurodiverse relationships, or seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and how they experience the world.

I am also a qualified ADHD Coach, which means I can bring elements of coaching into our work where this feels helpful and appropriate. This might include exploring practical strategies together, supporting self-understanding, or working towards goals, while always keeping your individual needs at the heart of our work.

If you’re wondering whether we might be a good fit, I offer a free 20-minute introductory phone or video call. This gives you a chance to ask any questions, find out more about how I work, and get a sense of whether you feel comfortable with me and whether working together feels right for you.

All sessions are held remotely via Zoom, Teams or phone, and I work with clients across the UK.

If you would like to work with me but the cost feels prohibitive, please do get in touch. I offer a small number of reduced-fee spaces and would be very happy to explore what might be possible with you.
