About me
If you’re struggling within your relationships or finding your neurodiversity is affecting how you manage life, I welcome you to a space that I hope you will find useful.
Therapy may be the only place you feel you can fully unmask, it may be the only space you feel you can talk freely without fear of judgement and I prioritise ensuring you feel as safe, relaxed and valued as possible, in order to facilitate healing, growth and change.
With a degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling, alongside further training in CBT, Solution focused therapy and Transactional analysis, I offer a holistic approach to your therapeutic journey, meaning we can work collaboratively to find the right approach for you.
Whether newly diagnosed, self-diagnosed or struggling with historical diagnosis, I find it is essential to work collaboratively to ensure you are getting the most from therapy, for some this may be a space to feel fully seen and heard, for others it may be a space to find solutions to problems you are experiencing, and oftentimes it can be both.
I have extensive experience working with relationships of all kinds; parental, platonic, romantic, poly/ ENM. When relationships work they can be great, oftentimes it’s not so straightforward and it can be difficult to know where we stand or how to navigate them and the emotions they may provoke. It can be helpful to take the time to explore who we are within the relationship as well as the role we take in order to find ways to best move forward.
If you’re feeling like we might resonate or you would like to know more about how therapy between us could look, I encourage you to reach out with no obligation and we can discuss your next steps. I look forward to hearing from you.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
