I use psychodynamic, person-centred, CBT and creative therapies and some other methods. One of my strong beliefs is that we cannot be pigeon-holed; we are incredible, unique and individual and therefore to work well with people we need to find your way and what works best for you. We can the things that are troubling you such as Anxiety,  Depression, Sadness, Redundancy, Family issues, Work-related stress, Eating disorders, Bereavement, Relationship Breakdown, Childhood issues, Spirituality or anything else you want to look at.

The first step can often be nerve-wracking but it is so worth taking the plunge and moving towards wholeness and freedom.

I offer a first free session to see what you are looking for and to see how we get on. There is no pressure on you to commit let's just chat see how it goes. Then we can move on from there.
