I am a Qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) Therapist, obtaining accreditation, through the renowned Russell Group course, at The University of Nottingham.

I have a Counselling Qualification, and experience working with children struggling with bereavement and Eating Disorders. 

I have experiencing supporting people through symptoms of Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Health Anxiety, Recurrent Depressive Disorder, Mild to severe episodes of Depression, specific phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Complex dual-diagnosis of trauma and other conditions, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, navigating through neurodiversity, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety, Sleep Disorders, such as insomnia, Low self-esteem, managing living with pain, and work-related stress.
