Beginning Therapy
Initial Extended Assessment
The first step is a 3-hour extended assessment. This allows us to develop a comprehensive understanding of your difficulties and gives you a clear sense of how I work. The assessment itself is often experienced as therapeutic and can help clarify whether ongoing work together feels right.
Ongoing Sessions
If we decide to proceed, sessions are 90 minutes and take place weekly or fortnightly. A minimum frequency of two sessions per month is recommended to maintain therapeutic effectiveness.
Fees
£190 – 90 minutes
£130 – 50/60 minutes

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
