About me
I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor.
I offer support for people experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, work stress and low self-esteem as-well as others areas. I have also supported people navigating neurodiversity
As an integrative counsellor I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches according to my clients needs. This can include techniques from cognitive behaviour, Transactional Analysis.
In therapy I provide a space where clients feel understood, accepted, and able to be fully themselves.
Before training as a counsellor I mentored young people facing a range of challenges. I also worked for a range of charities including home-start Bristol, Olive Branch Counselling and as an NHS Responder supporting vulnerable adults. These experiences strengthened my commitment to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space for every client.
I am an accredited member of the NCPS and work in accordance with their ethical framework. This includes engaging in regular supervision and ongoing professional development.
I also prioritise my own mental and physical wellbeing in order to support my clients effectively.
If this sounds like the right support for you, feel free to get in touch with me for a free initial meeting.
