Janet Ferguson BACP Registered
I am a fully qualified Person-Centred Counsellor who offers both short and long term counselling. I work at a private practice on Pride Park in Derby. I offer a confidential and non judgemental space to talk through and explore your thoughts and feelings. You may be experiencing depression, anxiety, struggling with addiction, loss, or a relationship issue. Whatever it is you need help with I understand might feel difficult or even overwhelming.
I will provide a safe, supportive environment where we can work together helping you make sense of your thoughts and feelings. This will enable you to gain more understanding about why you think, feel and react as you do.
With this new self awareness and understanding you will feel more enabled to work out how you want to best move forward in your life.
I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and work within their framework, therefore providing you with a safe and ethical service.
I offer a no obligation, initial first session at the cost of £20. This is an opportunity for us to meet and for you to share how you are feeling and decide if you want to move forward with the counselling.
You can contact me either on 07397 955661 or firstname.lastname@example.org If you would prefer me to contact you send me a text or email with the best time to call.
I look forward to hearing from you. Your inquiry will be dealt with confidentially. If I am not available please leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
