Janet Ferguson BACP Registered
I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor who provides an accepting and confidential environment to talk through the difficulty you are experiencing and how this is affecting you. This may be depression, anxiety, loss, a relationship problem or another issue that just feels overwhelming. I provide a service that is both professional and supportive and it is important to me that you feel valued and not judged. As we work together you will begin to make sense of the thoughts and feelings you are experiencing, which will help you gain more understanding of yourself and why you think, feel and react as you do. You will then begin to work out how you want to move forward in your life.
I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and work within their framework, therefore providing you with a safe and ethical service.
I know that finding a counsellor you feel comfortable with is important; therefore I offer an initial, no obligation, first session at a reduced cost of £20 so we can meet and you can share how you are feeling. You can contact me either on 07397 955661 or email@example.com If you would prefer me to contact you send me a text or email with the best time to call.
I look forward to hearing from you. Your inquiries will be dealt with confidentially. If I am not available please leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

"Janet provided such an encouraging non-judgemental, welcoming and open space for me to explore my life and my mind. I always left her counselling sessions feeling as though a weight had been lifted off my shoulders after we had identified and discussed issues that I have."
