About me
Is it time to talk?
Do you need a confidential non-judgmental space to speak and be truly heard while navigating your life's journey? Are you experiencing difficulties in your life such as a divorce, separation, or bereavement? Do you feel anxious or depressed? Are you struggling to understand your feelings or emotions or feel that something is not quite right yet you are unable to make sense of your feelings? You might wish to deal with difficult experiences, relationship issues, face fears, deal with anxiety-related issues, or build self-esteem and coping strategies.
About me
I am human, just like my clients, navigating life's challenges. I work relationally using a range of theoretical approaches while offering a warm, non-judgmental space to explore client issues. I have worked with people in different professional capacities for many years and I am interested in assisting clients in making sense of their feelings and behaviours to enable change.
Making contact
If you are interested in talking therapy and would like to book an initial assessment appointment, please contact me to discuss how we might work together. I am able to be flexible so please ask for availability. I am not an emergency service but help is available. If you have been experiencing any suicidal thoughts or require immediate assistance, please call 111, your GP, or the Samaritans on 116 123.
Your first appointment and what to expect
The first appointment will involve getting to know one another so that we both feel comfortable to work together. I will explain in detail how I work and you can ask questions at any time about this. We will also begin to explore your reasons for attending therapy.
