About me
Hi, I'm Jade.
I work with people who find themselves at a point where life no longer feels familiar — often following a significant change, loss, or life transition. You may feel disconnected from who you are, unsure how you arrived here, or struggling to make sense of what you’re experiencing. You don’t need to have clear answers before starting therapy; sometimes simply knowing that something feels out of balance is enough.
I work collaboratively and organically, adapting to each individual. Some clients are ready to explore things in depth early on, while for others this develops gradually over time. The work is often present-focused at first, while gently linking back to earlier experiences and patterns that help make sense of how you’ve arrived where you are now. This process supports deeper understanding and meaningful change, rather than simply managing symptoms.
Clients often tell me they feel deeply understood in our work together. I may offer gentle challenge where it feels appropriate, always with care, consent, and sensitivity to your needs. Many people find that therapy with me helps them see their experiences more clearly — less tangled and overwhelming — allowing space for insight, perspective, and growth.
I have experience working with trauma, life transitions, bereavement, relationship difficulties, anxiety, and depression. When working with trauma, my focus is on safety, nervous system regulation, and choice. Some clients find it helpful to speak about their experiences in detail, while others prefer to focus on how those experiences have affected them; both approaches are respected and supported.
I am particularly suited to clients who want to understand themselves on a deeper level and are interested in exploring patterns in their lives with curiosity and compassion.
I offer online and telephone sessions only and provide a free 15-minute introductory call, giving us the opportunity to see whether working together feels like a good fit.

Couples -
I work with couples using an integrative, depth-oriented approach that prioritises understanding before intervention. In the early stages of our work together, I focus on creating space for exploration, helping each partner feel heard, understood, and able to express themselves more fully. As therapy progresses, I introduce tools and practical strategies that are tailored to the unique dynamics of the relationship.
Many couples come to therapy feeling stuck in repeating patterns, struggling with communication, or navigating challenges such as conflict, disconnection, or life transitions. I support couples in developing deeper empathy for one another, while also fostering greater self-awareness. By exploring emotional experiences and identifying patterns shaped by earlier relationships and life experiences, we begin to understand not just what is happening, but why.
My approach is non-judgemental and adaptable. I meet each couple as they are, recognising that every relationship has its own pace, history, and needs. Alongside emotional insight, I also bring in practical ways of working to help couples create meaningful and sustainable change.
The aim of our work is to support both individuals in gaining clarity about who they are, as well as who they are together, so they can move forward with greater understanding, intention, and fulfilment.
