About me

Not only did Dr. Jade have a nurturing, gentle approach, the response time was speedy, no question was unanswered and I received an easy to complete therapy contract and client introductory information pack straight after scheduling in my first appointment! They ensure everything is so easy and informative"
How I work:
It might be intimidating to begin therapy with a new therapist, but I want every client to understand that we work as a team and they are not alone. I strive to make the procedure as simple and worry-free for clients, so that all they have to do is concentrate on themselves.
If you wish to have in-person sessions we have clinics in Central London & Central Milton Keynes. When visiting us in person, all our clinics have waiting rooms, reception areas and complimentary beverages. Every one of our clinic rooms have a serene, peaceful atmosphere. Our goal at Luxe Psychology Practice is to eliminate any appointment anxiety and to make sure every client enjoys their visit with us.
How our sessions will help you:
I aim for our sessions to be a collaborative space where you bring the expertise on yourself and your experience and I bring the psychological expertise and provide you with a sense of empowerment, understanding, knowledge and skills/tools you can take into your everyday life to improve your current functioning. I use a flexible approach to ensure we meet your individual needs and goals within sessions and I use an integration of approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy & Person-Centred Therapy (Talking Therapy).
Specialisms:
I can assist with majority of mental health difficulties (e.g. trauma, anxiety, panic, depression, borderline personality disorder, loss, stress, relationship difficulties, couples therapy) due to vast experience, doctorate level of training and my use of an integration of approaches (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy).
An expert in supporting clients to develop positive relationships with themselves so they can subsequently establish positive, healthy relationships with others.
I also have experience of working with high-profile clients, including those within the media or the public eye.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
