About me
Welcome. I’m Jade and I’m an integrative psychotherapist based in Bath.
Life is full of uncertainties and we live in uncertain times. You may be feeling lost, confused, low, anxious or overwhelmed. Having a safe, confidential space to explore what’s going on in your life can help you to feel less alone and to make changes that feel right for you.
My approach to therapy is relational and involves working at depth, looking at patterns, our histories and present experiences to better understand ourselves. This includes looking at both our conscious and unconscious processes. Finding the right therapist who you feel comfortable with is essential.
My training has a mindfulness approach, we will pay attention to how you are feeling in the present moment, attuning to thoughts, feelings and somatic experiences that arise.
I have over 12 years of experience working in counselling and wellbeing services supporting people with their emotional wellbeing.
I’m experienced in working with young adults, and welcome those from racialised and minoritised backgrounds. I’m experienced in working with neurodivergent people.
I have particular interest and experience in a range of areas including; anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, social anxiety, grief and loss, intrusive thoughts, low self-esteem, family dynamics, neurodivergence, life transitions, belonging, migration, identity and discrimination.
Therapy sessions take place weekly, I work both in person and online. I offer a free 30-minute introduction session for our first meeting to see if we will work well together.
I currently have space for new clients, please email me to book an introduction session.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
