About me

Picture a life where your relationships with your partner and family are full of connection, ease, and freedom.

Feels distant right now? You’re not alone. Most people I work with come feeling disconnected or trapped at first. In our work together, I support my clients to create new flow with their loved ones.

How do we do that? By focusing on the part that you can influence. When practising consistently to relate in new ways, shifts begin to happen. I’ve experienced this transformation in my own family, and I love witnessing it again and again in my work as a coach and counsellor.

What my clients say:

My relationship with my partner has never been better. Bella’s ability to listen without judgement, combined with the practical tools and strategies she offered, helped me make meaningful changes in both my relationship and family life.”

“After 14 sessions with Bella, I feel like I have my life back. I’ve never felt this peaceful within myself or my relationships.

If you’re ready to create change that lasts, let’s explore how you can bring ease and connection back into your relationships.

What I offer:

  • RelationFit Premium Membership: This is a space for growth for individual clients who are hoping to transform their relationship with their partner, kids and other key people. The monthly membership combines 2 sessions with between-session prompts and a monthly link library for faster results. Most clients stay for 3-6 months.
  • Traditional Counselling: For deeper, longer-term support and personal growth.
  • Blended Couple Packages: Tailor-made packages for couples including experience-based tools for deeper and faster growth between sessions. All couple sessions are co-led by my husband, Roman, who works as a coach, and me.

Book a discovery session today to explore how we can work together to bring more connection, calm, and clarity into your relationships.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
