We are an experienced team of counsellors who offer various therapeutic services in-house or in our private practices in Rochester, Chatham and West Malling.
We offer 1-1 face to face counselling and 1-1 online counselling. We offer therapeutic play from 5 years old and work with children, adolescents and adults. We can also work with businesses to offer a whole-company therapy service for staff. We are BACP registered, fully insured and ICO registered. We also have current DBS certificates.
Our work is confidential, apart from significant risk to self or others, money laundering or criminal acts of terrorism.
We can also offer emotional wellbeing and mental health workshops for your staff. Topics such as general emotional wellbeing, burnout, low mood/depression, anxiety, bereavement & loss. We can tailor-make a training package to suit your business needs.

We have a wide range of experience working with 5 years and upwards. Between the Team, we have 25 years worth of experience working in schools and with adults. Paula is qualified to work with adoption and currently works for Barnardos Link Service. We work creatively with children and young people and adults if required. We believe that ‘one size doesn’t fit all’ and will adapt the therapy to meet the needs of the client.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

- We offer a reduce price for Trainee Counsellors.
- For individual clients, no fees are taken up front and payment is required within 24 hours of the session.
- For businesses, invoices are issued on a monthly basis.
- For supervision, £60 per hour.
- For trainings, prices vary. Please call for a price.
