About me
I offer one-to-one humanistic counselling, for adults and young people within the Brighton & Hove area. I prioritise face-to-face therapy, but offer online where needed. I am experienced, thoughtful, intuitive and warm.
I provide a calm and empathic space in which to build a trusting relationship and explore meaningful ways to support you with the difficulties you face. Your challenges could be managing difficult feelings like anxiety or depression, or about your relationships, your family background, your place in society, your identity, or relating to losses, traumas and experiences you have lived through. I can support you to be gently curious about the areas where you feel stuck, identifying unhelpful patterns and work toward change at your pace, and based upon your hopes and aims.
