I have specialist experience in supporting women and birthing people during the perinatal period (from pregnancy through to two years postpartum). My focus includes:
- Adjusting to parenthood and identity change
- Addressing pregnancy and birth-related trauma that may affect mental health and wellbeing
- Facilitating bonding with bump and baby
I also provide support for fathers and partners, helping them navigate their roles and experiences during this significant time.
Additionally, I have worked extensively in the creative industry, giving me a unique understanding of the mental health challenges faced by individuals in this field.
