About me

I am a UK-registered psychologist offering online psychotherapy and psychological assessment work for adults. My practice is grounded in a collaborative, reflective approach that supports clients in understanding emotional patterns, relationships, and the underlying experiences that contribute to current difficulties.

I work with a range of presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related difficulties, burnout, identity concerns, and relationship challenges. I also support clients who identify as neurodivergent or who are exploring traits associated with ADHD and autism, as well as those navigating life transitions, stress, and longstanding patterns that impact well-being and self-esteem.

My approach is integrative and formulation-based, meaning we work together to develop a clearer understanding of how your experiences, thoughts, emotions, and relationships connect, alongside developing practical and meaningful ways of moving forward. I aim to provide a space that is both supportive and thoughtfully reflective.

All sessions are offered online.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the United Kingdom.

I have additional training and clinical experience in Canada, and I currently work in both the UK and international contexts through online therapy.

My clinical background includes work with trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, relational and attachment-based difficulties, and complex psychological presentations. I also have experience working within supervised and regulated healthcare settings across different jurisdictions.

A central focus of my practice is psychological formulation and therapeutic understanding, helping clients make sense of their experiences in a structured and meaningful way that supports change and emotional clarity.

I engage in ongoing professional development and supervision in line with professional standards.

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

Further information

Many people seek therapy not only when they are in crisis, but when they are trying to understand themselves more deeply or make sense of long-standing patterns that affect relationships, work, and wellbeing.

I aim to provide a space that is both supportive and thoughtfully engaged, where clients can explore their experiences in depth while developing practical, meaningful ways forward.

My practice is particularly suited to individuals who feel stuck, misunderstood, or are seeking clarity around complex emotional experiences or longstanding patterns in their lives.

I also have a strong interest in helping clients integrate psychological understanding into everyday life in a way that feels realistic, sustainable, and genuinely helpful.
