About me
I specialise in providing remote EMDR and CBT for adults. I work with a range of anxiety issues including anxiety, stress, trauma (including attachment trauma) , PTSD, phobias, panic and OCD.
EMDR and CBT are equally as effective online as in person and the added benefits include; sessions can be more focussed, time and money saved travelling, greater confidentiality and clients can feel more relaxed in their own environment.
I use an EMDR specific platform to meet. (nothing needs downloaded at your end).
I am an EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is an effective and recommended treatment for trauma and anxiety issues. EMDR is highly effective for a range of difficulties including phobias, panic, depression, OCD and more.
I am trained in Attachment Informed EMDR and find this is a really effective way to address current difficulties. Dealing with the root of our struggles can free us up in the present.
EMDR is the recommended treatment for trauma in national and international guidelines including NICE and the World Health Organisation.
I am an accredited member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
I have worked as a therapist for over 17 years in different settings. This has given me experience of working with a wide range of issues including addictions, stress, a range of anxiety issues, depression, relationship problems, childhood sexual abuse and trauma.
If you would like to make an appointment or find out more about the services I provide please give me a call on my mobile or send an email via this website.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
