About me
Welcome — I'm so glad you're here.
Hi, I’m Heidi and I’m a fully qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and clinical supervisor with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and couples aged 16 and above. I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, and the diverse experiences of neurodivergence.
My path into this work began with my own healing. Like many of the people I now work with, I faced challenges in my life that led me to therapy. That experience was transformative — it helped me reconnect with myself in ways I hadn’t thought possible. It also sparked my deep desire to support others on their own journeys.
As an integrative therapist, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I draw from a range of therapeutic models and tailor our sessions to your individual needs. Whether you're looking to explore your past, navigate current difficulties, or build new tools for the future, I’m here to support you with compassion and care.
Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and gently insightful and I’m not the sort of therapist that just sits and nods, My aim is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful change — at your own pace, and in your own way.
Reaching out can be one of the hardest steps, but it’s also a powerful one. If you’re curious about working together, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you on your journey.
What’s next?
Feel free to reach out by email, phone, or text. I offer a free 15-minute discovery call or video chat—it's a chance for you to ask questions, share a little about what's on your mind, or simply see if I feel like the right fit for you. Alternatively , you may just want to go ahead and book your first session.
Your First Session
This is your time and space to talk about whatever’s going on for you. Whether you know exactly what you want to work on or aren’t sure where to begin, we’ll start getting to know each other and take it from there—at your pace.
Sessions are online using a video platform and clients are sent a link prior to their session, I’m always available to assist should you have any difficulties logging onto the session.
