Integrative Psychotherapist registered with the HCPC & BAAT

About me

I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist registered with the HCPC and BAAT, offering a safe and welcoming environment at Deep Roots Therapy for your healing and personal growth. I believe in the profound quote: “When a flower fails to bloom, it is not the flower's fault; we must examine the environment in which it grows.”

If you're feeling stuck, I provide a secure space to explore unresolved feelings, relationship challenges, or simply your desire for personal development. My approach is built on trust, authenticity, and transparency, ensuring you feel safe while navigating your experiences.

My Approach

At Deep Roots Therapy, I integrate various therapeutic methods tailored to each individual’s unique needs, including art psychotherapy, somatic approaches, and mindfulness. I emphasise a client-centered and trauma-informed framework that cultivates hope and supports emotional exploration and healing.

Witnessing others work in a trusting environment can enable us to share more of ourselves and get feedback on how others see and respond to us. We can develop new ways of communicating and connecting with others. Please contact me regarding group session fees.
