About me
Every person needs support at some time in their life. I work with clients to encourage them to learn the skills and insight to enable them to move forward.
I work in a safe confidential way. It can be really tough reaching out for support and takes a lot of courage to ask for help. I work with clients at their own pace and can offer short or long term work depended on what you feel you need
I am a qualified counsellor registered with the NCS, I have a Diploma in Adlerian counselling and have volunteered as a bereavement volunteer with Cruse bereavement care for nearly 8 years, I also supervise with Cruse
I have a interest in working with bereavement, those affected by difficult relationships and anxiety and depression. I work with a range of issues such as self esteem issues, clients who are feeling stuck in their lives and clients who want to gain more self awareness.
