About me
Every person needs support at some time in their life. I work collaboratively with clients to encourage them to gain insight to enable them to move forward. I am currently working face to face in Narberth, online and over the phone
Over the last 10 years I have had experience working with those affected by difficult relationships including abuse & those recovering from relationships with narcissism. I also work with clients who are neurodivergent
I am trauma informed and work with a range of issues such depression, anxiety, self esteem and clients who are feeling stuck in their lives & want to gain more self awareness. I have worked with trauma & OCD and its impact on peoples lives.
It can be really tough reaching out for support and takes a lot of courage to ask for help. I work with clients at their own pace and can offer short or long term work depending on what you feel you need.
