About me

I am an experienced UKCP registered Gestalt Psychotherapist. My approach is relational and experiential with an emphasis on body process. I listen carefully to you and I finely attune myself to your individual needs in order to identify how best to help you move forward and live your potential.

Opening up about yourself takes courage. Respectful of this process I offer a warm and welcoming, therapeutically creative and completely confidential space for you to engage in the process of growth and healing.

I believe that the therapeutic relationship is key to healing. I understand that we can struggle to express our thoughts and particularly our inner feelings to others, especially if we fear judgement or being misunderstood. As you explore your thoughts and feelings you can gain greater understanding and awareness. This in turn allows you to respond flexibly to life's challenges and let go of any unhelpful patterns and open yourself up to a wider range of options and exciting possibilities.

I hope to walk alongside you on this journey of self-discovery.

I am a BUPA registered practitioner and I am also on the register of a number private health insurances.

Please note that there is no obligation to continue after the initial session. The initial session is good way for you to see if you would like to work with me and for me to tell you a bit about how I can help you. Please feel free to call me if you have any questions.

Further information

I am interested in our unique and intimate relationship to our "voice" and how we express and voice ourselves in the world. I listen out for the song we each have inside us which I believe is composed of the notes of our very own beauty and uniqueness.

I work with singers and performers to help them overcome performance anxiety or any other issues to do with the creative process.

I also work in sound healing and the healing power of the voice. I can carry out a Voice Analysis with VoiceBio for which toning is the prescription. Please see following webpage for more information:

I am a regular practitioner of Mindfulness Meditation and TM - Transcendental Meditation.
