Further information

Art Psychotherapy is a specialist modality which utilises art materials as a communicative tool to create a unique experiential experience.

The process of Art making is nurturing, calming, enabling and enriching by developing mental health awareness and transferrable skills to tackle difficult emotions and trauma.

This process encourages talking therapy to develop through the therapeutic relationship and provides safety and a secure autonomy for each client.
