About me
There are times in life when coping quietly no longer feels sustainable. You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in repeating patterns, or carrying experiences that continue to shape your present, sometimes in ways that are hard to fully understand. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and begin to untangle what’s been holding you in place.
My individual work is at the heart of my practice. I have nine years’ experience supporting adults with anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, burnout, identity questions, and life transitions. Together, we explore how past experiences, including attachment wounds and trauma, may be influencing your current relationships, choices, and sense of self. From there, we work towards greater emotional resilience, clarity, and lasting change.
I have worked with clients from a wide range of cultural, religious, and racial backgrounds, and I aim to create a space that feels respectful, inclusive, and attuned to your individual story. My experience spans from members of the general public to professional athletes, national coaches, and CEOs of multi-million-pound organisations. Regardless of external success or role, emotional struggles are deeply human and deserving of care.
My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I listen carefully and without judgement, offering thoughtful reflections that help you see patterns more clearly. When needed, I can also be direct, always with compassion, helping you face difficult truths in a way that feels strengthening rather than shaming.
Alongside my individual work, I also support couples who may be experiencing communication breakdown, trust issues, or disconnection. I provide a balanced space to better understand one another and begin rebuilding emotional safety.
Therapy is not about “fixing” you. It is about understanding you, and from that understanding, allowing meaningful change to emerge.
If this resonates, I welcome you to get in touch.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
