About me
Hi I'm Graeme,
Therapy is a space to pause. To speak the unspeakable. To feel heard in the places you’ve felt most alone. I offer a quiet, steady presence where you can explore the complexities of your life - whether that’s anxiety, addiction, grief, neurodivergence, questions about who you are and how you 'fit' in, or the ache of relationships that no longer feel safe.
My work is rooted in person-centred and psychodynamic approaches, which means I hold space for both your present experience and the deeper stories that shape it. I’ve worked with clients across many walks of life - from students and professionals to older adults and those navigating hardship - and I bring a deep respect for the uniqueness of each person’s path.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to bring yourself. I’ll meet you there.

Additional information
I offer a half-priced first session. I believe strongly that it is important to find the right counsellor for you, and it can be hard to 'shop around' if you're having to spend a lot each time.
While I suggest weekly sessions, if affordability is a concern, we can arrange fortnightly sessions instead.
