About me

Hello, I'm Grace.

I specialise in nurturing relationships, intimacy, and overcoming trauma. I work with individuals and couples, offering a compassionate space to explore and heal feelings of not being good enough and rebuild your self-worth. Whether you're feeling stuck, longing to enhance your intimate connections, or needing gentle support through significant life changes, I'm here for you with warmth and understanding.

My approach is to help you identify behavioural patterns and emotional blocks that may be affecting your connections with yourself and others. With compassion at the heart of my practice, I aim to help you release shame and embrace your self-worth.

For Couples:

When working with couples, I focus on nurturing connection and communication. Together, we'll find ways to cultivate kindness, understanding, intimacy and a fulfilling sex life, while gently addressing any underlying resentments. My goal is to support your relationship’s growth and resilience. I respect and warmly welcome all forms of relationship dynamics.

Childhood Trauma or Sexual Trauma:

Are experiences that have happened to you still affecting you today? Are they affecting your relationships with yourself and others. I want to help you make sense of your experiences. It is my passion to help you learn who you are and empower you to make positive change.

Getting Started:

Contact me today for a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your unique needs.

In today's world, it's easy to feel disconnected from others and even from ourselves. Have you lost touch with your true self? Are you feeling overwhelmed by shame or the effects of trauma in your life and relationships? I'm here to guide you through these emotions and help you rediscover your true identity.

Let's embark on a journey toward healing and self-discovery together, embracing wholeheartedness every step of the way.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
