About me
I am an experienced, warm and direct psychotherapist working in‑depth with individuals and couples who find themselves at a crossroads — in their relationships, identity, sexuality or sense of self. I work in person and online, in both English and Greek.
Many of my clients are men and women in mid‑life who feel stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected or just want the opportunity to deepen their awareness of themselves so they can make healthy choices going forward. You may be questioning your relationship, struggling with desire or intimacy, feeling lost in your career, not certain who you are anymore, or noticing old and unhelpful patterns repeating despite your best efforts. Mid‑life in particular can bring a powerful mix of transition, crisis and possibility — and therapy offers a space to understand what is shifting and what you want from the next chapter of your life.
I also work with couples facing communication breakdowns, recurring conflict, emotional distance, affairs, or sexual difficulties. Together we explore what is happening between you now, what each partner carries from the past, and how to rebuild connection, trust and desire.
My approach is relational, embodied and exploratory. I help you make sense of your present experience while understanding the deeper roots of your patterns. Alongside dialogue, I use mindfulness, imagery, creative work and somatic techniques to support you in reconnecting with your body, emotions and intuition. My background in yoga and dance informs the way I help clients attune to their internal world — breath, sensation, impulse — so that insight becomes something you can feel, not just think.
I work medium‑ and long‑term with most clients, though at the right moment a focused piece of short‑term work can also be transformative.
If you are navigating a mid‑life transition, struggling in your relationship, or wanting to understand yourself more deeply — I would be glad to support you.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
