About me

Our work in Transpersonal & Integrative Therapy

Improve the quality of your life

In my approach to therapy we focus on your positive and unique qualities to boost self-worth, inner confidence and resilience in the face of life’s challenges. Together we will work on self-reflection, developing new insights into thoughts and patterns of behaviour as well as developing effective coping mechanisms essential for personal growth and healing.

Empathy through customised therapy

Are you struggling with addiction, attachment issues, disordered eating, existential angst, family dynamics, negative body image, relationship issues, sexual identity or difficulties coping with grief, shame or sexual trauma?

Every client is a unique individual and will experience their issues differently.  The empathetic approach is fundamental to my practice. I will support your expression by offering customised therapy and creative methods that align with your particular needs and aspirations. We will work towards achieving your personal objectives, providing both direction and motivation throughout our sessions.

Couple’s therapy

The primary focus is to promote the importance of empathy and understanding while strengthening essential communication skills, including active listening and conflict resolution techniques. My aim is to create a non-judgmental environment where you and your partner can engage in honest and meaningful discussions. By breaking dysfunctional patterns and shifting perspectives it will bring fresh, empowering insights into the relationship.

My approach to therapy

Working with a new therapist, or seeking therapy for the first time, can be a daunting process. I strive to create a nurturing environment so that you feel fully supported and comfortable from the outset. It is important that with my support you are able to take the lead in your personal therapeutic journey.

For both singles and couples seeking therapy, we will discuss your needs and aims in a free 15 minute telephone call or online consultation. You will have the opportunity to discuss your expectations and goals for therapy and it will help me to learn more about you. We can arrange an initial session to determine compatibility for future therapy.
I am able to offer in-person sessions in Walthamstow, London or on-line sessions, if better for your schedule.
