About me
Hi my name’s Gen and I specialise in anxiety, relationships and low self esteem counselling.
If you feel that you are struggling with any issues, and feel that you want to explore them and move forward. I can help you with this. We will take the time to look at these issues you are facing and find out why they are there and what triggers might be affecting them.
We will work together and I will listen to your needs and adapt our sessions so that you feel comfortable enough to explore what issues you have been having.
This way this will enable us to work through these things and help you to focus on moving forward.
Training, qualifications & experience
- I have a Professional diploma In Psychotherapeutic counselling. Level 4&5. Aims awarded.
- I am an accredited member of the NCPS.
- I have always worked in the care field but have specialised in mental health over the past 4 years.
- I work with young people, adults and couples.
- Couples counselling Diploma
- Transformative couples therapy (Ester Perel.)
- Diploma in working with children and young Adults.
