Further information

I've personal experience with mental health challenges, I've cared for family members and I've been supporting others with their mental health for almost 20 years. This all gives me a huge amount of empathy, experience and knowledge with mental health. I've a passion to support people in a comfortable way, avoiding a clinical approach and being mindful of the client's needs always. My brand "Theraputea" is designed as a concept of therapy feeling like a warm hug, and a comforting cup of tea. I am approachable, providing not just therapy, but also wellbeing and self-care tools to support you holistically. Thank you, I look forward to hearing from you!
