Hi there, I'm a fully qualified Psychotherapist, Therapist and Counsellor, with almost 20 years of working to improve mental health. I am an empathic, patient and relaxed therapist. I have personal experience with mental health challenges and this leads to making honest connections with clients and for clients to feel comfortable. I've training working with neurodivergent clients and childhood trauma, having personal experience in these areas too. I support healing from the past, self-care and coping in the present, and mindful wellbeing for the future. I always put the client first.
