About me

Sometimes in life we all experience difficulties and distress which can leave us feeling overwhelmed. Or at times we may benefit from support in finding out how we can fulfil our needs and accomplish our goals.

As an Integrative Therapist, I believe there isn't a single therapeutic approach that can treat each client in all situations. Rather, I believe and value each person as a unique individual, as is their needs, therefore my therapeutic approach is always influenced by each individual I work with. I am trained in Psychodynamic, Person Centred and CBT therapies..

I offer a professional, confidential, non-judgemental, safe space, for you to explore the issues which have led you to seek help. I will help you to find personal insight, understanding and progression towards new ways of coping and personal growth.

If you would like to discuss your needs, you can contact me by email or phone, leaving a message, if I'm not available and I'll get back to you as quickly as possible.

We can then organise an initial assessment to find if it would be beneficial for us to work together. From then we will decide on the most appropriate and convenient day/time for our appointments to take place.

Member organisations

BACP

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
