About me
When life feels overwhelming, stuck or emotionally exhausting, it can be hard to see what needs to change.
You may be struggling with anxiety or low mood, navigating loss or relationship difficulties, or noticing unhelpful long-standing patterns that keep resurfacing.
I am an experienced integrative counsellor and supervisor with over 15 years’ experience, working with adults in person in East Finchley, North London (N2) and online. I offer a calm, thoughtful and containing therapeutic space where we can slow things down, change the perspective and start to make sense of what’s happening for you - at a pace that feels right.
As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor the work carefully to each client. This allows us to focus on immediate concerns such as anxiety, panic attacks, depression, stress, physical health issues or sleep difficulties, while also exploring deeper emotional patterns, relational dynamics and negative self-beliefs that are contributing to ongoing difficulties.
I have extensive experience supporting clients with:
- anxiety, panic attacks and chronic dysregulated nervous system
- depression and low mood
- bereavement and loss
- relationship and attachment difficulties
repeated unwanted patterns of behaviour - low self-esteem and issues around identity or self-worth
- work-related stress and burnout
- anger management
- body image, disordered eating
- substance misuse and addictions
- self-harm or suicidal thoughts
- long-term or complex emotional difficulties
Some clients prefer a more structured, goal-focused approach, while others find longer-term, exploratory work more helpful — particularly when difficulties are more complex or deeply rooted. Many people come to therapy following a specific event or crisis, but stay to develop greater self-understanding, resilience and choice.
Clients often describe me as reflective, insightful and gently challenging. I aim to model both empathy and honesty, supporting you not only to feel understood, but to also make meaningful and lasting changes in your life.
If you feel I might be the right therapist for you, please do get in touch. We can begin with an initial conversation to explore what you’re looking for and whether working together feels like a good fit.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
