About me
Welcome, I am Fayola, a friendly, open and empathetic counsellor, based in north Bristol, offering in-person, online and telephone sessions.
Are you feeling stuck or overwhelmed in life? Whatever your reason for seeking therapy, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, disconnection, relationships issues or unsure of what's troubling you? I will support you in gaining new insight and finding healing tools that work best for you, offering a deeper understanding of yourself, and your experiences. Our relationship will give you the opportunity to express yourself, be heard, build confidence, esteem and make your own decisions.
What I offer:
I offer a warm, safe, inclusive and non-judgmental space, to discuss and explore what's on your mind. Our work will help you gain new awareness, and together find new coping mechanisms, which assist's in creating healthy change.
This can lead to empowerment, self-compassion and a more rewarding, happier and balanced life.
My approach is Person Centred at the core, as well as Psychodynamic and Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), I believe that one approach does not fit all, as we are unique individuals, with our own stories and experiences, I interweave these approaches to suit your personal needs and therapy goals.
