About me

Hi, I’m Fay - thanks for taking a look at my profile.

I’m an integrative counsellor. I focus on creating a space where you can be yourself, speak openly, and feel truly heard. We’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, exploring what matters most in your life.

I take a collaborative and flexible approach, drawing on a range of therapeutic methods tailored to your individual needs. Over time, I aim to help clients build self-understanding, confidence, and the tools to navigate life’s challenges for themselves.

I take pride in walking alongside people as they find clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of agency in their lives.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • Advance diploma in counselling (level 4 equivalent)
  • Foundation in Counselling (Level 3 equivalent

Areas of Interest

My areas of interest include anxiety, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, childhood trauma, and attachment patterns. I also have experience supporting individuals who have experienced sexual trauma and domestic abuse, approaching this work with care, sensitivity, and respect for each person’s pace.

Alongside my professional work, I bring lived experience of ADHD, which informs my understanding of neurodiversity and the different ways people may experience and navigate the world.

I welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities and am an ally to the LGBTQ+ community.
