Hi, my name is Emma.
Are you experiencing feelings of low mood or anxiety, struggle with self-esteem. Are you overwhelmed by the demands of family, work, or relationship breakups. Have you experienced health challenges, amplify feelings of uncertainty, isolation, or self-doubt.
Universally we all have difficult  periods and sometimes talking it through with friends may not always feel enough.

In my practice, I provide a safe space for exploring thoughts and emotions openly.
I offer a humanistic holistic approach predominantly. I can provide tools to cope with anxiety, self-regulation, stress and low mood.
