About me
We all go through difficult periods, and sometimes talking to friends doesn’t feel quite enough.
If you feeling low, anxious, or struggling with self-esteem? Overwhelmed by family, work, grief, breakups, or health challenges? These experiences can bring uncertainty, isolation, and self-doubt.
In my practice, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and emotions openly.
I use a humanistic approach with practical tools for anxiety, stress, self-regulation, and low mood. My aim is to help you build self-awareness so you can thrive, not just survive.
I offer free initial assessments and an informal chat. My therapy room is just 2 minutes from the train station.
I also understand that in this economy, mental health can slip down the priority list. With that in mind, I offer concessions on a case-by-case basis.
