About me

Hi, my name is Emma.
Universally we all have difficult  periods and sometimes talking it through with friends may not always feel enough.
Are you experiencing feelings of low mood or anxiety, are you struggle with self-esteem issues?

Do you feel overwhelmed by the demands of family, work, or relationship breakups, death of a loved one. Have you experienced health challenges, amplify feelings of uncertainty, isolation, or self-doubt.
In my practice, I provide a safe space for exploring thoughts and emotions openly.

I offer a humanistic approach with tools to cope with anxiety, self-regulation, stress and low mood. I promote self awareness for a happier life to thrive not just survive.

Free assessments and an informal chat available. My room is 2 minutes from the train station.
